I don’t think so, China is not that stupid to monitor moon and waste resources. They must be planning something else to monitor, inch by inch.
“BEIJING, China (Reuters) — China aims to chart every inch of the moon’s surface, the chief scientist of the country’s first lunar exploration program said in comments published on Friday.
